Resident Spotlight: Judith McCarthy
Judith McCarthy’s friends call her the life of the party. There’s nothing she loves more than simply making others happy, sharing a smile and spreading positivity. That good-neighbor attitude made her a natural fit with the friendly folks here at Auburn Rehabilitation & Health Care Center.
Before she moved in a year ago, Judith looked at many communities in the area with her husband and son. Although she felt a little homesick when she first moved in, the warm welcome she received from Auburn residents and staff made Judith confident that she made a great choice.
What Judith Likes Most About Auburn
For Judith, a good community is all about the people. In her own words, she really likes “the friendliness and the cleanliness” of our community – plus the music others play on our community piano. She’s especially fond of the Auburn team. “The staff here are just amazing, especially the managers. They really go out of their way for people.”
Since moving in, Judith has made a lot of new friends, thanks in no small part to her warm smile and easygoing personality. Auburn is a great community for a people person like her – and for Judith, that made it much easier to settle in. It’s not hard for a kindhearted, amicable person to meet new people and find their place here.
